Questions schools and PTAs often ask

Can schools and PTAs pay by invoice?

Schools and nurseries can order using an approved purchase order and will receive an invoice payable within 30 days. PTA orders are payable in advance. Please get in touch if you need to discuss your organisation’s purchasing process.

Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum order for ready made book packs. Bespoke collections can be created around your school’s needs and available budget.

Can a ready made book pack be adapted?

Yes. If a pack isn’t quite right for your children or priorities, I can adapt it or create a more personalised collection for you.

How long will my order take?

ready made book packs are usually dispatched within five working days. Bespoke collections may take a little longer depending on the size and requirements of your order. I’ll confirm the expected timescale with you before you commit.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is charged on all orders. For ready made book packs, the cost will be shown at checkout. For bespoke collections, the delivery charge will be confirmed with you before the order is agreed.

Do you supply schools throughout the UK?

Yes. Smallprint supplies schools, nurseries and PTAs throughout the UK.

Can you help us run a book fair?

Yes. Depending on your school’s location, I can either attend and run the book fair or supply a carefully selected range of books for your school or PTA to manage. Get in touch with your location and preferred dates, and I’ll explain the options available.
