Delivery

We offer delivery via Royal Mail 1st class post.  We aim to dispatch within 48 hours of your order and goods should arrive within 1-3 working days following dispatch. We don't dispatch or deliver at the weekend or on bank holidays. Please note that during lockdown delivery times are subject to delay on account of home-schooling.

Delivery charges are based on the parcel weight and the price will range from £3.95 to £5.95 for the majority of orders.  For some heavy parcels the delivery charge will increase.  You will be able to review an estimated shipping cost on the cart page prior to placing your order. 

PLEASE NOTE: Heavy packages may be delivered via a Courier. We aim to deliver within 3 working days of dispatch at a cost of £8.99  

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your goods but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or refund, within 14 days of receipt.  It must be as new and in the original packaging. All items returned to us are at your own risk and expense, so we recommend using a recorded service. 

Products purchased as gifts can be refunded to the original purchaser; alternatively we can provide a credit to the gift recipient. Gift exchanges will show on the order records of the original purchaser. Please include a delivery address for us to dispatch exchanged products to.

How to make a Return

Please email us prior to a return on contact@smallprint-online stating your order number and reason for the return.

We'll then let you know where to send the package to. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

For return packages we recommend you use Royal Mail and that you acquire a PROOF OF POSTAGE receipt and retain this until you receive email confirmation that we are processing your return. (Please note that we do not refund postage on non-faulty items).
